This studio unit, enough to fit a couple with two children, is a japanese inspired tatami room that provides a breath-taking view of Makati skyline. It boast of a cable 42" LCD TV, Sony Vios Computer with TV and multi-media player and webcam, Stove/Oven, microwave, washer/dryer, refrigerator, electronic safe box, sofa bed, bunk bed, and futons.

Intended and designed for international business professionals, the studio is equipped with VOP US phone line, Philippine local line, and in-house telephone.

The Manasala tower is anchored by a gracious Asian-themed lobby. Quiet foyers are hushed by sorrounding pocket parks and greenery. Walking along Rockwell Centers landscaped and pedestrian-friendlywalkways is a pleasant experience. Just around the corner is the trendy Power Plant Mall, Ateneo Graduate School, and some corporate offices.

Located in the heart of Makati's trendy district, it is accesible to all major Metro-Manila roads and Metro-Rail Transit Station. It is only a few minutes away from the airport. The complex is self sufficient with 7-11 convenience store with the building.There is a swimming pool, a gym, restaurants, and 24/7 security. The Power Plant Mall is just a few steps away complete with movie theaters, shops, grocery store, coffee shops, arcade, among others.

It features the trendiest shops and restaurants in the country. There is also a children's arcade on the top floor and sports activities on the ground floor.

A cluster of gentleman's bar. It features international bars and restaurants that offers shows, mud wrestling, and go go girls. Beer costs around PHP 300. American Burger meal around PHP400.

Well Being Spa
(Located on Don Pedro Street before P Burgos, 50 pesos taxi)
A Korean owned spa that offers onsen bath, sauna, massage, and facial treatments. Real oriental experience, family-friendly. Average package costs only PHP 1,000 +.

Palacio Don Pedro

A gentleman's relaxation sauna bath and bar. Massage costs only PHP 1,500.

Live 60s and 70s band music. Owned by popular RJ Jacinto, it features the best combo bands of the era. Nice oldies decor. Live TV broadcast.

Gerry's Grill

One of the top Filipino food restaurant and grill. Popular local hang out for dinner and drinks. Great inihaw foods.
